What kind of processing time can I expect?

Products vary from in stock to made to order, so processing times can vary. Generally orders are shipped in 5-7 business days, though delays may occur for large orders or during times of high demand. If delays beyond the standard processing time are expected, we typically contact you with updates. Update: 3/12/2022 - We’re currently in the process of moving, so please expect extended processing times of up to two weeks. Apologies for the inconvenience! Moving into a bigger, better space to make more beautiful things!

Shipping

Items are shipped via USPS. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

What’s your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unopened, unused product to us for a refund or store credit, minus the shipping fees. Please contact us directly via email with any issues regarding your purchase with your name and order number so we can address any issues.
Products must be shipped back to seller for refund and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is damaged or used in any way and not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss of value and will not be eligible for a refund.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Where are you located?

We are located in Lithonia, Georgia. Local pickup may be available in some cases. Feel free to message us with inquiries.

How do you pack shipments?

We put the upmost care into choosing effective, yet eco-friendly packaging. We primarily use a variety of biodegradable, paper-based packing materials, but may also recycle packing materials from time to time. We believe that the most ethical use of existing plastic products is to recycle and reuse them.
